What should I have ready when I schedule my appointments?
You should have a few dates in mind for your session and a date in mind about 2 weeks after for your ordering appointment. Your session fee will also be due at this time to reserve your dates so have a credit card ready.

What if I have to reschedule or console?
We are happy to reschedule any session when given a 24 hour notice or more. If you have to console and do not wish to reschedule we will credit your account for your session fee. You will then have 1 year to use this credit or you will lose it.

What if it rains?
No biggie! If it rains then we will have to reschedule. Unless you are wanting your pictures done in the rain… I’m up for that!

Where should I have my location session?
There are many great places you can choose from; local parks, urban areas, and sport locations are just some great ideas. Think about your personality and interests to help guide you to the perfect location. If you are unsure give us a call and we can help you to create a photo shoot that is perfect for you. All locations should be 30 miles from 48910 or a $15 transportation fee would apply.

Where is your studio for my yearbook head shot?
We currently do not have a studio but we do studio sessions in your home! We bring a portable studio with us to get great traditional studio portraits that never go out of style. We enjoy photographing in our clients home because they are relaxed and don’t have to worry about lugging all their clothing and props to a studio.

Where in my home will you setup?
We typically will set up in a living room area. We are looking for a room or space where a few things could be moved to create a small open area. We typically will have to move coffee tables and side chairs but don’t worry about doing this we have it covered and are sure to put everything back in its place.

Where is the order appointment?
Your order appointment will take place at your home. This will allow you to make sure sizes; colors and frame styles are perfect for your home. Please set aside about 2 hours for your order appointment with all the decision makers there. Due to the custom nature of our business all sales are final.

Will I get to see my portraits before my order appointment?
Yes. We will post your portraits to our website for you to review before your appointment. It is a good idea that you take some time to look over all your images and our products to get a sense of what you like best.

When will my order arrive?
We will deliver your order to your home or ship it directly to you. Typical orders take 2-3 weeks from your order appointment to be delivered. There are a few products that take longer and can take up to 4-5 weeks to be delivered.
